Shipping policy

We operate on normal business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm - We do not ship on weekends.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to proccess. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS, which has a delivery time of 3-5 business days inside the United States and anywhere from 1-3 weeks outside of the US. All delivery speeds are subject to change due to COVID policies with the shipper.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed and another confirmation e-mail when your item scans into the post office or UPS systems. This e-mail will contain your tracking number.

**Please note due to the weight of hoodies, bundles, specialty items, etc. certain orders must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This is a standard USPS policy and is, unfortunately, something we cannot control.
