Quality of the hat is great and expect it to last for a long time. The design/colors is so tuff imo and I get compliments to back that claim up.

Basically it got lost by UPS so I reached out to support (which I’m pretty sure is AI). They told me to contact UPS about it so I did. UPS told me Stevenson Ranch hand to contact them. SR support said I needed to provide written proof of this, so I emailed UPS to get that like support asked for. UPS never responded and SR AI bots kept repeating their prompt and not helping.
I wound up having to file a credit card dispute. Total buzzkill
